At Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) I am an Adjunct Professor and member of the Management and Gender & Public Policy Faculties as well as Faculty Advisor to the SIPA "Women in Leadership" student group.

I sit on the Board of International House, New York where I Chair the Development & Alumni Relations Committee and am a member of the Executive and Communications Committees as well as the Advisory Council for the Women’s International Leadership program. 

Although currently not actively investing, as the Founder/CEO of Lucas Point Ventures I have invested in and advised 15 early stage companies with a focus on diverse founding teams. I am currently a finals Judge for the Cartier Women's Initiative Awards and have been a mentor for the 92Y "Women in Power" Program since its inception in 2016.

Amongst other speaking commitments I have presented at SXSW in Austin on “Breaking the Diversity Code” (2017) and “Breaking Down Unconscious Bias” (2016), on both occasions with the amazing Shari Slate, Chief Collaboration and Inclusion Officer at CISCO. 

Previously I was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and head of Global Macro Research leading a team of 175 professionals in 12 countries.
